Rs 23 Lakh Sewer Infrastructure Project Kicked Off by MLA Bagga to Tackle Waterlogging in Ludhiana

To tackle long-standing sewerage issues and improve sanitation, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated a Rs 23 lakh project for installing new sewer lines on Chand Cinema Road and adjacent areas. The initiative aims to upgrade the sewer infrastructure and address waterlogging problems faced by residents during the rainy season.
The project covers areas under Ward Number 88 of the Municipal Corporation Ludhiana. According to MLA Bagga, the absence of sewer lines in this locality had caused significant inconvenience, making this installation a much-needed development. Residents had been demanding the sewer infrastructure upgrade for a long time.
MLA Bagga emphasized that the installation of the new sewer lines will significantly improve sanitation and public health in the area. He instructed the civic officials to ensure that the quality of work is not compromised during the project execution.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Councillors Aman Bagga and Neeraj Ahuja, along with other local leaders such as Sitaram Shankar, Ravi Sethi, Iqbal Goldy, Mintu Toor, Raju, Munni Aadia, and Kulwant Singh.
MLA Bagga also stated that under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, numerous development works are underway across the region to facilitate residents and promote sustainable growth at the grassroots level.
