The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) successfully equipped local industry professionals with future-ready digital skills during a two-hour free practical training session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data tools.

The workshop took place at the CICU’s in-house AI laboratory in Ludhiana. Puneet Malhotra, a veteran trainer with over 35 years of industrial experience, led the session to help professionals bridge the gap between complex technology and real-world industrial application.

During the intensive session, Malhotra demonstrated live AI-driven tools and data strategies. He provided participants with a clear roadmap for implementing these technologies to solve common industrial challenges and optimize daily operations.

Professionals from various sectors across the city participated in the event with high energy. Attendees gained direct exposure to advanced software, exploring how automated data analysis can significantly boost organizational productivity and speed up decision-making processes.

Many participants expressed an immediate interest in further specialization. Following the hands-on demonstrations, several attendees moved to enroll in advanced AI courses offered by the CICU AI Lab to deepen their technical expertise.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, President of CICU, addressed the gathering to reinforce the importance of digital adoption. He urged business leaders to integrate AI technologies into their workflows to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly shifting global market.

Ahuja further confirmed that CICU remains dedicated to transforming Ludhiana into a tech-driven manufacturing hub. He promised continued support through proactive skill development initiatives and increased exposure to emerging innovations like AI and robotics.
